Answers to old questions

 I found from my old blog I think I had a sense of humor where did I put it? it must be in the extra closet with all those sox, shoes and other missing items I can't find in my life.



The questions are designed, one would guess, to get insight into a person's real psyches

01. What is your favorite word? Christmas. I get as excited as a new bride. I know I'm gonna get something, I just don't know what or how much.

02. What is your least favorite word? Liver, just the word conjures up images makes me shiver and shudder. I think it has to do with taking a warm liver straight from the pig to the house in my bare hands. It took two of us, either we were that small, or it was that slimy doesn't matter!

03. What turns you on creatively, spiritually, or emotionally. My computer, I can turn it on, I can turn it off I can create, it makes me laugh it makes me cry it makes me an emotional wreck.

04. What turns you off? My computer when I can't get online. It makes  me laugh, it makes me cry, I pull out my hair and makes me an emotional  wreck.

05. What is your favorite curse word? Only one? I only get to choose one? Well I guess I'll  say Jackwagon, or What the What?.

06. What sound or noise do you love? The spllaaat of a bratty kid getting it in a store. oh I shouldn't put that here but you did ask.

07. What sound or noise do you hate? A bratty kid not getting splllaaat that needs it in the store. lol

08, What profession other than your own would you like to attempt? Are you kidding is there a better profession than Domestic Goddess? Maybe tester for holes in my eyelids. That's not a profession either? brother you're a hard crowd to please.  Prostate examiner? I love making men nervous. okay seriously Doctor of forensic science. They are dead and can't tell you what your doing wrong, can't complain at you. They may smell a bit so who cares if I forget to shower?

09. What profession would you not like to attempt? Teacher...I hate all that whining, crying, sniveling and tattling. Especially my own.

10. If heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the Pearly Gates? it was a tough job getting you here. Glad you made it.

 Camping is the life especially when I am the guest and others are responsible for all the work.    We woke up to the sound of a high wind rocking the camper, then a huge crash! We left the awning up.      No reason to take it down, it was a beautiful balmy summer evening, so hot we hated to abide by the no generators after eleven pm.  We suffered in... not silence as we all sweated and flopped around to get more comfortable.       Finally a bit of  relief as the wind quickly cooled everything down, then the huge crash! Oh no!    The Awning pole is bent just a little.  Pam's  #4 son quickly helped us get it down. Saga of the Hat

Saga of the Hat     Going to the beach at Tybee Island, we need a hat. Keep our wrinkles and lines just where they are, no adding family members.    At a flea market in Anderson IN. I bought a huge floppy monstrosity of a hat. Not my thing. I don’t want my lines making friends. It will do.      First day at Tybee Island, I realized I did not bring enough shorts for the beach. I went in search of new shorts. What I found was the perfect hat. White straw with a black band. This is me.   Twenty dollars later, I am wearing my new hat. I am a happy Professional Tourist!     My new hat is a tad loose, no problem, I have a sewing kit somewhere. (That was the key word somewhere...) Pam came to the rescue with her sewing kit. I put a few stitches inside the lining band and tightened it up.  After a few experiments with the breeze... and more stitches I had  enough to keep the hat secured to my head. Proof... Lost You Are

  I was on my way home from my friend's house two hours away. Van always drove us, now I use my GPS.    I called my sister to visit while driving home, as I talked to her, I mentioned, I don't remember Road construction on the way down here.     My GPS was strangely silent, not saying a word, like she was gagged or something. I poked the button... Apparently someone forgot to put in an address... no wonder she wasn't yelling at me!    Valerie: "Sounds like you're lost."   Me: "Nope I'm still on the road heading north, I'm not lost, know right where I am... IN ROAD CONSTRUCTION."    Dustin: Sounds like you might be lost.    Me: Nope, I know where I'm going! I can't be lost!
